Crisis Counseling for immediate and extreme distress
Case Management: 1:1 collaboration around reaching your wellness goals/needs and finding resources
Individual Counseling: 1:1 counseling around relationships, identity, feeling down, stressed or anxious, etc.
External Counseling: referrals to external organizations/counselors for mental health
Alumni can apply for up to $500 of emergency funding. If you have unexpected expenses for you or your family, you can request financial support from OppNet (i.e. funds for groceries, rent, wifi, etc.). Funding is not guaranteed and requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Decisions are made based on the overall emergency funding requests.
Available as resources and capacity allow.
